Once submitted, orders can’t be cancelled or refunded until you’ve received your shipment.
Customers can return their item within 14 days from the date of purchase, and they pay for shipping.
- Request Return Authorization Number. You’ll receive a RA# by email.
- Make sure to include Return Form in your shipment.
- All eligible returns must be shipped insured to the following address:

Write the RA# on the outside of your package. Packages that arrive without the RA# on the outside will be refused. We will not process any returns that don’t have a corresponding RA#.
The refund will be issued within 10 business days after we received the returned item.
If the returned item arrives without original package, a $10 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Altered products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
All customers are responsible for shipping charges associated with product returns.
